yesterday i started getting several popups in ie. i use firefox but my hubby on rare occasion will use ie. my computer started locking up and working very slowly. i checked the processes in the task manager and whenever it's locked up, there is a process called mshta.exe that maxes out my cpu usage. whenever i end that process, my computer works again until the next time that mshta thing starts over again. i downloaded avg free edition and am still getting popups. whenever i try to download an antimalware file and try to open it, i get an error that says invalid floating point error and can never open the download. i've tried spydoctor and others to no avail. here is the hijack this log:

would greatly appreciate any help and suggestions. they will have to be written so that either a one year old or barely computer literate 32 year old can read them. i also tried restoring my system to a day when i knew i didn't the worm, virus, whatever, but the only day that i saw available was yesterday when this whole thing started. but i may have done something wrong. i'm working on an emachine laptop. that is at least until i throw it out the window. thanks much!
