My iphone5 fails to put through calls whenever it has had a few hours of inactivity. I can call out, go on the internet without problem, but when I am called the phone does not ring, does not even record a missed call. In other words, it does not "wake up". I have contacted my cell phone carrier, ATT, which is dragging its feet investigating the problem. I have effectuated a "hard " reset, a "soft" reset, to no avail. I am awaiting a new sim card from ATT right now. The problem seems to have appeared just after the upgrade to iOS6.0.2 from iOS 6.0.1, but maybe it's just a coincidence. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Is my phone a lemmon or is ATT the problem? Any suggestion or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I would take it to the Apple store and have them fix or replace your phone under warranty. If their OS did cause this problem, then they are the ones who can resolve the issue.
