I am using "STATIC" ip addresses of class C in my LAN . Running a domain controller on MS Server2012 R2 without DHCP config. After some days on a specific system ip address stop the working for example 192.168.0.9 255.255.255.0 , I change the ip address like 192.168.0.9 to 192.168.0.8 then system start working on LAN. I give this ip address 192.168.0.9 to another system then no response after some hours 24 to 48 Hours the ip address 192.168.0.9 can work like the others ip addresses, any one can help regarding this.

    Regards

Maybe your router has a DHCP active. Check.

Why are you running static on all devices?

I would not use ICS on the Windows Server. A Windows Domain Server should only do domain related things. And should not be exposed to the internet. You are making all internet connections go through the Domain Server and it is a security risk. Domain servers are primary targets for hackers, and you are needlessly drawing attention to it.

Also Windows Servers have by default very lax firewall rules - the rules allow almost everything possible in the Windows world.

In short, invest in a router.
