Akito, tracert command not gives the proper website ip. It gives server ip. that's not correct. Like if you tracert, ping or nslookup the www.wzor.net website you get the ip 81.176.35.59 but when you enter this ip in browser then cooler.irk.ru will open. That means not a right ip.

As i remember there is one website that gives various commands like this and doing these type of work but i don't remember the name. Anybody knows...i recall like www.who*****.com but not sure.

The IP is 81.176.35.59. This is the server, where www.wzor.net is hosted. The site does not have other IP. Probably cooler.irk.ru offer shared hosting service. This means that they host many sites on the same server. While all the sites resolve to a given IP, when you access this IP directly in a web browser, the content of the server will show up. You cannot access any of the sites hosted there in a web browser just by IP address, maybe you can by IP address/username :p
