ok i used to reset my router by typing my ip address into the search bar and the internet network and reboot page would come up and all i would have to do is click reboot. but now something has happened or changed and when the internet goes down and i type in the ip address the page will not load. it loads when i manually reboot the router but i dont get why i cant get to the page anymore when the internet is down, shouldnt i be able to get to the page either way?

I'm not sure exactly how you are able to just type in the IP address of your router into the address bar of a browser and be able to reboot the router. I am never seen, but if the Internet goes down because something happened to the router, you wouldn't be able to type the router's IP address and get to it. For example, if the router goes offline for some reason, there is no connection between your computer and the router, so you wouldn't be able to access it through its IP if that makes sense. Your internet should not be losing connection very often, though
