    question ... what type of ip is 62.65.xx.xx
    is that static ?? or dynamic or can anyone explain me what the hell i am dealing whith ??

    That doesn't mean that it is static or dynamic.

    where did you get that ip is that the ip that your dsl modem or router is getting , and does it change ever time you restart, and no if its single static or dinamic you will not be able to use it and create a dhcp on that.


    since its only 1 public ip, you will need to create a dhcp with private ip addresses with a dhcp server on the router or on your server
