I was in my photo editor at the time, but I'm sure this is a Win98 issue...

I was working on a photo, and tried to undo, and got this error message. It informed me that the program would shut down, which it did; but then the error box wouldn't go away until I tried to restart. Of course; it wouldn't restart. It just sat there with a black screen, and that error box staring back at me defiantly.

I reset, got scolded by scandisk, and got back to my desktop. I tried to get online then, and couldn't. I went back and restarted, and then I could get online like nothing ever happened.

I'm not sure, but I think this happens sometimes when I try to undo something, and there's nothing to actually undo. I've had to click on the error message's close button multiple times on other occasions too, but it has never just refused to close like that.

I'm attaching a shot of the error box, for those of you who are WAY too knowledgeable about such things (you know who you are... ;) ).

Any suggestions about this? Thanks!

IPE40 is Ulead Photo Express (from memory).
As to why its crashing - anyone's guess.

Perhaps uninstall and reinstall for a start?

This sometimes happens in other apps as well. As I said; I think it usually happens when I try to undo, when there isn't anything to undo.

I get this message all the time in the "solution center" app for my Lexmark Z25 printer. I'm working with the techs at Lexmark on that one though. Think it could be related?

Thanks for the reply Kiwiguy! :)
