do you know the router wireless password - if not the default password is often written on a label on the router itself
if not - then using a PC you will need to loginto the router and look to see the password set

You need to enter your wireless encryption key. The router password is for logging into the router's administration interface.

If you don't know your wireless network's encryption key, you need to log into the router with the router user name and password to get it.

OK to find your wireless password it is easiest if you have a laptop connected to it in the tray you will see what looks like reception bars like on a cellphone

left click on that what ever device it says connected next to should be your router

right click on it a little drop down menu will appear next to the cursor in that drop down menu left click on properties

then another window will appear the password will appear as bullets there is a little box with the words show password next to it left click on that and that will be your password for the router
