    Hey there,
I'm having some kind of difficulty connecting my iPod to my laptop. I've Already Reset the device, Uninstalled the driver via Device Management and reset the laptop. It says the drivers are all up to date yet now when I plug in the cable for the iPod it'll make the connect sound, flash the little USB icon then it disappears. I work on a tug boat and have to go back on for a month FRIDAY so if anyone can help me get this before then Id greatly appreciate it, Windows tried charging me 78$ to remotely fix the problem but who wants to do that when there is Tech Guy am i right? PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU!

VVV-This is the Error in Device Management -VVV

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
