Is it possible to put laptop ram to pc ram

Well you actually can, if:
  1. The motherboard uses SODIMM modules, some mini-ITX boards, most nano-ITX and mini-STX boards use these.
  2. You have a SODIMM to DIMM adapter, like this:

    This one is for DDR3 RAM, but there are DDR, DDR2 and DDR4 variants too.
