bottom side of a circuit board?
I took apart an old LCD monitor I had and I'm minimizing the overall thickness of it, and wall mounting it.
I need to attach the VGA panel to the back of the LCD screen, but have no idea how I'm going to do it.
If I could put 3m double sided tape on it, it'd be perfect, but I dno if that's safe.
    Thanks.

What I can say for sure is two sided tape adhesive nor the base material is electrically conductive. What I cannot assure you of is how good the dielectric or insulating properties are. If you do this, I would suggest you consider some additional insulation between the two components. Perhaps a non-metallic standoff or a thin sheet of plastic material. If the components get too close to each other, you may create electrical interference. This is the sort of thing one must just experiment with. Having said all that, if it were mine, I'd give it a shot (and no, I'm NOT a lawyer)

you might also want to consider the heat that is generated while in use. This is sure to degrade the adhesive on the tape, and you will either have melted glue all over the board or the stick might come unstuck....
