Is MSN needed

    For some reason I have MSN interferring with lots of things on my computer. I am an AOL user, computer has Window XP Home edition. I am 76 years old and have many senior moments and need detailed instructions. Have always used AOL and all of a sudden when I try to print something etc I get a message Line: 1 2020
    Char: 1 Error: Invalid Character, Unspecfied.Code: 0 url: res://idframe.dll/preview.dlg Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes or No. I check Yes but still can't. I have never used MSN but it seems to be blocking all my postings. Should I remove MSN from the Add/Delete page or what.

    The only thing I could come across involves running a command from Start>>Run menu and type in: Regsver32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll.
    You shouldn't have any problems removing MSN either.

    I still can't print from my emails. I get the message Invalid Character: unspecified, ur: res://frame.dll/preview.dilg asking Do you want to continue running scripts on this page. Click Yes or No. Neither buttons work. Does anyone have any idea at all what I should do. Please make the answer very clear. I'm an old lady 76, really trying hard to use this comnputer.:confused: :confused:
