Is there a 'CountIf' function for Access?

    I hasve severla queries in an excel spread sheet that uses the CountIf i do not know how to put this in access. I will attached the access file and the word document that explains what i need done. Any ideas.

    Access does not have an equivalent to the Excel "CountIf" function; however, you can use the "Count" or "Sum" function with a following "IIF" function/statement. You will need to apply this type of logic to the "Where" condition.

    EX: Count(IIF([Field] > 0,1,null))
    Sum(IIF([Field] > 0,1,0))
