It was easy to make a boot floppy for my windows 98 but to make a boot
floppy or CD for XP seems very complicated. I have a XP-SP2, Pentium 4,
80 GB, 512 MB, single partitioned hard drive. I would like to find an easy way to do this. I just want to be able to boot the computer if for some reason it won't boot up.

Thanks in advance to anyone who has some advice on this...

The easiest way is to install the Recovery Console to your hard drive.

This will save you loading the recovery console from your XPCD.
