    That's a file named mmc.exe not setup-stub.exe.

That's why I couldn't understand how it showed MS as the owner. For mmc.exe that would be the case but not for setup-stub.exe.

Here's a tip. Besides checking the properties of a file you can also upload them to a site called Virus Total for analysis:

    https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload

That site scans the file through several well-known anti-virus databases and will give you a result of whether it's clean, suspicious or definitely malware.

You will have to wait for a Malware Specialist to help you with that if, as I asked before, you wish to have one take over and assist by running various scans.

    Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST)

    • Download FRST to your Desktop. (for 32 bit systems)
    • Download FRST64 to your Desktop. (for 64 bit systems)
    • Double click Frst.exe/Frst64.exe to launch it.
    • FRST will start to run.
      • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
      • Press the Scan button.
      • When finished scanning 2 logs will open on your Desktop, FRST.txt and Addition.txt
      • Please post them in your next reply.
