Is this legit?

    Just found this in my Email today. No attachments but I assume that there will be if I hit the flashing button at the bottom. Tried to send it to you but nothing I do makes it come up. No notepad, just a page of letters and numbers, no writing. Very legit looking. Black screen page,

    It is an eml file, no attachments, cannot bring it up on notepad to send acopy. Scanned it, sent it to a folder,still cannot bring it up. I assume its a virus and would like to let people know if it is or not, otherwise there will be a lot of people getting this as its a mass mailing email. Its sent by someone called Sandy.

    thanks for the info, I figured it was a hoax program, I don't even have the privacy software.
