Open task manager and right click on column headers (ex. Name) and select to show PID
Identify PID of interest according to output, right click it in task manager and select "Open file location"
Windows explorer will take you to executable that is generating this traffic.
Your only job left is to decide weather to uninstall target program or not.
If yes, install it again and reboot system.
Then use avast removal tool by following procedure to get rid of it: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
again reboot system.
I would clean reload OS in your place, it's much faster than trying to recall what led to this issue.
