This may be a case of wishful thinking, but is it possible to instruct Word 2013 to select all words which are followed by a dash?

    EG: follow-

    Thanks in advance.

With the advanced find dialogue, you should be able to check the "use Wildcards"| option and then do a search term like *- (include a space after the -)

I haven't used Word 2013 in a long time, but I would think this is available since it's in 2007 as well:

Make sure that Reading Highlight > Highlight All is selected. This was not in Advanced Find, just the normal Find box.
