Ok, so while ending a task in the task manager, i was wondering what a program called purenetworks or something like that was. So i click on it and opened the containing folder.. there was a file in there that was ISP DUMP which i didnt mean to click on, i meant move the mouse to exit out of the window, but before it moved the arrow it click on the ISP DUMP folder. Having my icons set up as a ONE CLICK job, this isnt hard to do on a laptop! So this window came up that looked similar to a command prompt window, or the window that you get after you do a wipe and re install and its installing things on your computer upon the desktop screen. Anyway that black window came up, a bunch of typing came up in the window really fast, and BAM i could not get on the internet from my laptop (my PC was fine, which is how im typing this) . It says that i am connected to my router(CONNECTED status), but something is bloking me from gettin on the net . On my PC in my internet options i have the option in network settings to REPAIR, or reset ISP or something like that. But in windows 7 i dont. Not that i even know if it would fix the problem. I also tried to ENABLE and DISABLE the connection but nothing happened. Because its acting like the connection itself is fine, it just will not let me physically get on the internet! The little connection bars at the bottom right hand corner has that little yellow star looking thing like it always gets when there is a problem. Only all the ways i have ever used to fix the problem are not working, cause like i said i dont think its the actual connection itself, i think its whatever an ISP DUMP does. I have googled this in many different forms and could not find ANYTHING! PLEASE HELP!
