I got 250+ kbps all these days, but when I turned on my PC today, I got 10 kbps. I called my ISP and they said they limited my bandwidth. Also, I used to change my static IP address if I got slow connection on my line, and they blocked that also. When I cange my static address now, the connection won't work. Is there any way to work around this problem

We won't help with legal restrictions put in place by your ISP, even if we could. Obviously, you have exceeded your allowable bandwidth with their service. I suggest not abusing the service in the future.

    Please see the TSG Rules.
