I recently moved into a college campus and started using their wifi services. I used these services last year and everything was perfectly fine, but for some reason this year whenever I connect to the public internet service my internet will be perfectly fine for about 5 minutes and then it will be terribly laggy after that time period. The only way to fix this problem that I have noticed is to disconnect from the internet and then reconnect so I can get 5 more minutes of lagg free internet and then repeat that cycle. Now I use game booster which is a program to enhance gaming fps and some other things and I diagnosed my computer to see if there was any problems and the only problem was that my Diagnostic Host Service is hung on starting, and I have already gone and set all my diagnostics to start up automatically so I dont know why this isnt running. I also dont know if this is the problem of not, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

    i dont know these products

it maybe possible to use wireless in safe mode (Not always, if it does work -that would help the diagnoses)

    - try safemode with networking
as the PC starts keep tapping F8 - a menu appears - choose
safemode with networking - see if that works
