Got a new Readyboost compatable 4G USB flash to enhance performance of vista, reasonably happy that it has gone some way to improve performance but have one question. When I reboot my PC with the USB flash inserted I get " Invalid system disk Replace disk and press anykey ", I then have to remove the readyboost flash drive to reboot. Is there anyway to overcome this ? i.e. use my PC normally without having to remove the flash everytime PC is powered down or restarted.

If i understand your question i think yes unless you can change settings in the bios.
