Issues with HDD

It's sort of random, but sometimes when I start my PC, everything that's on my HDD is inaccessible. Powering off the PC then turning it back on usually fixes this but sometimes it doesn't. I've tried using different SATA ports to no avail. I get the D:\Desktop unavailable message as well.... Not sure what to do at this point.

This is my personal machine

EDIT: should have mentioned this problem started after replacing motherboard, RAM and adding an SSD. Windows boots from my SSD and I have no problems with my SSD. Prior to switching out the parts, I had no issued with my hard drive.

Then I'm sorry but you're running a version of Windows that's only for corporations and not for personal use which is a violation of the licensing agreement. That means we don't consider it genuine.

ooft ****.. yeah.. after switching mobo lost my license so got one off of ebay.
