istsvc strikes again (hijack this logs inside)

    I appear to have contracted istsvc somehow, and have so far been unable to remove it using the symantic tool, NAV, Adaware, and Spybot. Here's My Hijack This logs:
    If anybody has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

    Print this and boot to safe mode

    Run the newdotnet removal

    Fix these with HJT

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=localhost:8080;https=localhost:8080

    R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O2 - BHO: QuickSearch Search Bar - {82315A18-6CFB-44a7-BDFD-90E36537C252} - C:\Program Files\QuickSearch\QuickSearchBar1_27.dll

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oKZwS1P] C:\WINNT\kpwluv.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [version] C:\WINNT\System32\Pinwam.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [secure] C:\WINNT\System32\Ehamgo.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe

    View Hidden Files
    Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab.
    Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
    Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
    Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Delete these files
    C:\WINNT\kpwluv.exe
    C:\WINNT\System32\Pinwam.exe
    C:\WINNT\System32\Ehamgo.exe

    Delete these folders
    C:\Program Files\QuickSearch
    C:\Program Files\ISTsvc


    START – RUN – key in %temp% - Edit – Select all – File – Delete
    Empty the recycle bin
    Boot and post a new log

    Hey, it appears to have worked. The file is gone and after one last sweep with adaware it is no longer catching anything. Here's the log just in case:
