mac IMO is easier than xp..
but xp, for me, is more powerful.. and that is why i run xp on my mac =]
    mac is for media
    windows is for everything else..
or at least thats how i use mine.

Yes the original thread was just to get your attention.... Even though I am too busy moving my snow around and chipping ice off my driveway...not to mention then getting 3 inches of rain on frozen ground!!!(Yes , the temp was 50 one day and 20 the next)....I probably should have flipped my calendar....
Now what I wanted to mention is that there seems to be a big wave of people in my area going Mac instead of XP. Why? I thought there was more compatible programs with windows .

    parallels isnt very good...
if you want to do much more than surf the internet forget it parallels cant do it..
    but theres an alternative..
    boot camp..
    its much better
the draw back is you have to reboot to change OS's
but for me thats fine for the added speed... i just run xp pro on a mac beacuse:
    my mac is fast
    it dosent eat batteries alive
    it stays cool
the weight of the computer is light

boot camp is free with leopard too.
