    Dear Tech Guy

I have been infected with all kind of nasties - most of which I appear to have removed using both AdAware and Spybot. However, I still have a corrupted toolbar on Internet, with CUT where BACK should be (amongst other weirdies)

I have opened in SAFE mode and manually removed an ISTSVC folder from the programs, but I still cannot reset the Internet toolbar or use the search engines at Google or Alta Vista - when I type in a search item and hit return, the immediate response is "This page could not be found" and a suggestion to try the home page.

I include a copy of the HJT log which I just took - could you let me know what my problems are please, as I have run out of ideas, despite all the goosd stuff which you have posted before - Please help, and many TIA

Run Hijack This again and check only this:

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [sws.exe] c:\program files\GlobalDialer\tonex00052\174707.EXE -remove

Reboot and post another HJT log

I have now removed the file as per DragoonSGL instruction, and run CWShredder. The newest HJT log is below, however, in getting ontop the web to send you this log, the toolbar is still scrambled.

Carried out all instructions, but unfortunately, when going onto the Web, the toolbar is still scrambled, and I cannot get any sensible response from search engines

I am usung the most up to date file from Ad Aware and Spy Bot, have cleared out using them and include the subsequent log from HJT below.

I am still suffering from the same problems - i.e. corrupted menu bar; unable to use search engines and so on.
