Iv been having haveing problems with Itunes :(
I need to download the latest version which is version 8,but when I try to install it it comes up with a message that reads...
''The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailible''

''Click OK to try again or enter a allternete path to a folder containing the installation package 'itunes.msi' in the box below''

Iv tried everything but cannot find the folder that contains this and iv also tried to uninstall my old version of itunes but it says it cant find that folder eaither.HELP!???:(

Where are you downloading ITunes on your machine?
Make sure to click Save as, and drop it on a folder you are sure you have access to *My Documents should work*

Try the install again and see what it says.

----- Just as a side note, if you are just using itunes to interface with your ipod, i would recommend another program that isn't so bloated.
Give ephpod a try. I use it and find it MUCH better than itunes
