My dad and my self just finished adding all of our music to a new 250GB external harddrive. we have about 40 hours of music and because my dad has an IPod (i feal sorry for him) he converted it all in itunes to copy to his player. so we had 2 copy of every song one in m4a and mp3. that harddrive crashed and we lost the mp3 verson (m4a was on his laptop at the time) i own a Dell pocket DJ and i want to do one of the following.

1: use a plug in orsomething to sync my DJ with itunes.
2: convert all 1900+ songs back to mp3 or wma and keep the tags intact (artist, song name, album ect)
3: a plug in or something else for windowes meida player that will play M4a's and convert it as needed when i sync my DJ

I think i said for then you ever will need

    Thanks in advance
