iTunes help (Moved from Windows 10 forum)

    Hi
    I have some tv shows and movies that I have purchased from the iTunes Store. But can not get them to play I just get a black blank screen. can anyone please tell me how to fix this ? Thank you

    In order to watch tv shows & movies from itunes on your computer you must have quicktime installed. If you don't have it you can download it from here. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
    If you don't have the newest version of quicktime i suggest you upgrade to the newest version then try watching one of your shows again.

    Hi Mpeet611 I do have QuickTime on my Windows 10 home 64 bit QuickTime is up to date. Thank you
