Is there a way to make iTunes automatically detect and add a new song to your library once it is downloaded, I hate having to add the same folder to my library because I downloaded one new song.

as far as i'm aware you can't unless it's purchased music from iTunes. You will have to manually do it.

iTunes does have the Let iTunes organize your music. Basically what you should do is move your downloaded song into the iTunes 'organizing' folder and double click it to launch it in iTunes. Then when it's in iTunes, if you change any info of the song, it will move it to that appropiate folder. I have mine set for Artist > Album.
