I just received my laptop, and I was wondering when I install my iPod and iTunes, will all my songs transfer from my iPod to my new computer, as well as information as the playcount and other things like that?

    Thank you.

I plugged my iPod into my new laptop, and it deleted all my songs. Then, I decided to plug my iPod back into my original computer, only to find that those songs were deleted too.

I still have my playlist on the other computer, so now my question is how do I transfer that playlist to my iPod?

    Thanks again

I hate to bump this up, but I could really use some help.

You can burn all the music from the original computer to a CD or DVD and then import it to iTunes on the new computer. Or you can use your iPod as a disk to transfer the music. Maybe this will be helpful: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300173. Let us know if it works.
