itunes

recently my itunes hasn't been working properly, every time i start it up it just comes up with end now, and i have tried reinstalling it a number of time and using an older version didnt help either, i cleared out my registry of any crap ive also done avg scans and ad-aware scans aswell and they havnt picked up anything. so does anyone have an idea of what i cld do?

Sometimes when you uninstall a package, it leaves some files behind. I had a similar problem with Quicktime. So try uninstalling it and then use Windows Installer Cleanup to remove any leftover files. It may get rid of the files that are causing the error. Then reinstall iTunes.

unfortunately this did not work and i also read somewhere if u uninstall quicktime it also fixes this problem but this did also not fix the problem
so does anyone else hav any idea
