I've been a klutz! In a mistaken effort to clean up my WINDOWS VISTA folders, I renamed the folder containing all of my OUTLOOK 2007 data files (.pst). I then went into OUTLOOK, to the TOOLS.ACCOUNT PROPERTIES and made the change.

Problem is, the 50+ rules I had PRIOR to this klutzy effort have disappeared! I've tried going back to the original folder and renaming it back, I've tried re-building my e-mail profile in WINDOWS VISTA from scratch, but NADA! No rules.

On big question I've had is this: Does the PST file type (97-2002 or Office Outlook) change the RULES in any way?

PS: No RULES backup or export file has ever been created.

How do I get my rules back without having to go through them from scratch? HELP PLEASE!

If you didn't export your rules as a backup file (*.rwz), consider them lost.
