ive tried everything

    when starting pc i get as far as well windows just about loads then stops and i alwas get a error message dll ones but diferant every time. i tried restarting in safe mode and all the options that are prompted to me, but nothing at all just cant get into the pc.

    if you can help then its the window option

    yet have windows boot disc and ive been through all that.but still wont start

    Can you give some examples of the error messages you are getting both in Normal and Safe mode?

    Also when did the problem begin, after you installed something?

    If you have Win98 you can try restoring a previous registry. Choose the "command prompt" option from the startup menu (ctrl key on startup>startup menu>command prompt). At the prompt enter:

    scanreg /restore

    use the arrow keys to select a started registry prior to the problem.

    Any settings or installs subsequent to that date will be nullified.
