I need some help with Java...well let me explain first 
OK I'm running a Pent. I Win95, Internet Explorer 5. Java does not (or, in previous browsers, didn't) work. First it just displayed an image symbol and going to View>Java Consol loaded nothing. Now the image symbol dissappears, but nothing happens anyway. (Nothing happens when right or left clicking in the applett as well.) Java Consol displays this:
Microsoft (R) VM for Java, 5.0 Release 5.0.0.3802

f run finalizers
g garbage collect
m memory usage
q quit
t thread list
==============================================
In a Notepad file. So oh great computer experts (note the sucking up for quick response) what can I do?
