    error message rt120.bpl not found

    I have XP PC

    My printer does not work off PC and everything is connected.

    I'm assuming you have the HP Deskjet F380 All-In-One printer.

    The "solve a problem" and "How to" sections should be helpful to you.

    Did you connect that printer to the computer without first installing the software driver package?
