    Have error message on startup on 98. It reads: "a required file LIBEXPAT.DLL was not found" - The bootup continues but some instabiliy problems and freezeups seem to occur - because of this!? Can I fix this by re-installing 98 ?

    many thanks NiteHawk - I downloaded spy hunter, cleaned up the rubbish and the libexpat.dll message no longer shows
