Noyb, you are a gentleman and a scholar.

If I were to give this .gif image to the stitching company, would it automatically convert to .dst?

No .. to make an embroidery pattern ... an Image must be digitized.
Gif, jpeg, bmps ...etc... will not magically turn into a dst (or other embroidery formats)

Unfortunately Sophiesew isn't Mac compatible and unless I'm missing something that GC.zip only contains a .gif file???

I processed your picture in Photoshop for an image suitable for digitizing in my software ..
That needs a bmp with clean edges ... only 2 colors (B/W) in this example .. and correct sizing.
That gif file was only for a preview of the dst.
Do you have an advanced Image editor in that mac ???

I do have PS CS5 although my experience with image editing started (and ended) with Windows 95 Paintbrush. Bahahha! I'll clean it up right away and once it's done, would you convert it for me? I'd be forever grateful!

Mate, I cannot thank you enough! I've been searching for this for five weeks and I was honestly about to give up on the idea altogether! If there's anything I can help you with in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Got it all done up and it looks awesome! Is there a way I can edit it so that it will be raised stitching?

Thanks again for being so helpful!!

I think the raised stitching is sewn over a foam backing to "raise it"
I'm not sure if there's any changes needed to the pattern ???
Can the person who sew it give any advice ??
