Junk mail not working in Outlook 2013

    When I receive junk mail I right click and mark to block sender. Apparently that doesn't work because I will continue to receive mail from the same domain again and again. Does anyone have a clue as to why this happens?

    block sender in outlook doesn't actually stop you receiving email form the sender. it just moves it to junk mail.

    I realize it doesn't stop it from coming in. But it will not move it to the junk mail folder automatically

    you probably aren't setting the rule up properly
    if you set up from a spam email, it will only block that particular email address not a complete domain
    what you need to do is use advanced options and select "with specific words in the senders address"
    use the domain name without the .com so just company
    then press next, then select move to folder & select junk, press next a few times & then run the rules

    I have found over the years that right click & block sender doesn't always work
    setting up a rule normally does
