    Hello,
I use 2010 Outlook, with a Windows 7 environment, 64 bit. I have Norton 360 for protection. Whether it's Norton or Outlook one of you are driving me up a wall. I run a Home Based Travel Agency and one of you are junking important suppliers and possible info that's very important to me because it's:cool: my business. What makes it mind-boggling is that on the same day from the same supplier, one of their emails goes into junk but the other comes through as safe mail. Please go figure that and I'll give you my undying thanks. I have confronted Norton and if you understand their jibberish they blame Outlook. So who is to blame, certainly not me because I pay my bills and I'm really a nice guy.

Outlook. If you are receiving from the same sender, you can add the email address to the safe senders list. If it's multiple emails from the same domain (ie gmail.com) then you can add the domain as a safe sender. Now thats on Outlook 2007, I am not sure on 2010... will take me a few minutes.
