My wife has been using Juno 5.0 Dialup for e-mail for years (since W95), and has quite a collection of addresses, etc. She has been using it with her current computer, (a Dell dimension 2400, 2.4 GHz, 768 MB RAM, 36GB internal, 500GB usb2 external hard drives, XP Home SP3) for at least 2 years. This problem just came up: After logging in for e-mail, she gets the "verifying mailbox" message, then a problem dialog with the following message:

"Juno has detected a technical problem with your mailbox and was able to repair it. The messages which were affected were marked 'unread' and saved in a new folder called 'restored: 10/6/2008'."

There is also a line near the bottom that reads "Message 549-20044". Clicking "OK" to close the Dialog brings up another with the message "unspecified error". Clicking its "OK" button closes Juno.

If the "restored..." folder is supposed to be a Windows folder, it can't be found, and if it's supposed to be a Juno folder, how can it be accessed? There doesn't seem to be any support available from Juno for this software.

She'd prefer to avaoid that if possible -- the last time she upgraded Juno, she was informed by them that none of her existing folders or address lists would transfer to the newer version.
