I've been using Juno as my ISP for a long time. However, they have cut back support in my area and I'm really sick of their flakey software. I would like to move to a new ISP BUT - Is there a way to take my addresses in Juno and move them to a file that can then be incorporated in a new ISP file? I can print them, but retyping 100+ addresses is a daunting task. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A lot of online services like Juno give you the option to export your address book into an Excel file.

I would like to do that but I can't seem to find a facility in Juno. Any suggestions?

Yeah call Juno and tell them you want to back up your address book. See what they say.

    a. They have a facility to print the address list.

    b. Their backup is in their own format, unreadable by the rest of us.
