So far I like it. However, I do a lot of photos and cannot figure out how to set up a new folder and organize them. Any advice ? Thank you

you should see a new folder button on the menu bar in file explorer
or right click > new> folder

how are you trying to organise ?

I want to put the photos in a folder by using the persons last name as I did in Windows photo gallery

Win 10 gives me 3 options Collections, camera roll, and albums. I want to use the albums function but simply do not know how to do it. I am not computer literate, sorry.

Until you get familiar with Windows 10 and how to navigate through and use it, why don't you just create a folder right on the desktop in plain view and name it what you want and then store the photos in it?
