I'm new to Windows XP and have an annoying problem regarding a Juno e-mail account. My husband and I have separate User Profiles in Windows XP. When I download my e-mail in Juno, I have no problem. But when he downloads his Juno e-mail in his User Profile, a "Just-in-Time Debugging" dialog box pops up for each separate e-mail that downloads (asking if you want to debug - he always clicks on "Yes"). It's not the end of the world, of course, but it IS annoying him. I can't figure out why it only happens in HIS profile. I've looked at the way I have Juno configured in my profile to make sure his matches mine (cable modem) and they are identical. I even re-installed Juno while in his profile (the original installation was done under my profile) to see if it helped. But nothing seems to work. Anyone out there have any thoughts on where the problem lies? Thanks in advance for any guidance!
