Hi, No experience with Kaspersky, however SP1 would be the best thing you could do anyhow, is there a problem when you try for Windows Updates, or were you hesitating for some other reason?

Hi, When it first came out, yes that did happen, but I believe there was a newer release that millions of folks have installed. It is SP2 that can be a problem, SP1 should install nicely for you. You do need a fully updated antivirus program to get it. Why not try?
