Hey guys. I was thinking of switching to Kazaalite because I get a lot of spyware from Kazaa. Does anyone know if this means I will lose all the files I downloaded from Kazaa or will I still have all of them? Thanks a lot.

Just copy and paste all the files in your "shared folder" to a new directory called "downloads" or whatever you want to call it. Then uninstall Kazaa.
To be sure of getting rid of all the nasties download Kazaabegone from here.
Then download the latest version of kazaalite and put all your files back into "shared folder" again. Alternatively, just redirect kazaalite to send downloaded files to new directory.
The bonus is, if you put .dat files back into the shared folder, then any downloads you were halfway through will continue where you left off.
