Hi, I recently upgraded by my Windows 7 laptop to Windows 8 and everything seems to be fine but I keep getting the below message after booting and logging in. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? The only other thing I have noticed is that after 'shutdown' the screen goes off but the activity and power lights can stay on for a while, maybe 4 - 5 minutes before they turn off.

Thank you in advance for your help. Much appreciated.

Welcome to Tech Support Guy

Sorry you have waited for a reply

We are very busy with Windows 8 especially

If you can get into windows send me please the dump file

that is computer open the drive, open windows and then more than likely - memory.dmp

open that copy the file to your docs, then right click and send to zipped folder. and then send me please that zipped file attached on your reply

Not please on another link which I then have to open

to attach save file and on reply click go advanced and then see manage attachments

Hi, Thanks for your help but the file is too large, its 128mb when compressed (460mb before). Is there any other way I can get it to you? Thanks

Get a free Drop Box account. Save the file in the Shared folder. Create an HTML link to that file and send it.
