Keep my A/C no lower than 110 volts. How?

What is on the market that will guarantee my computer input
won't fall below 110 volts while delivering at least 400 watts?
My searching doesn't reveal anything with that kind of tolerance.

If you have problems with brownouts (low AC main voltage) rather than complete power outages. You may want to look at getting an Uninterpretable Power Supply (UPS) that has Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR). Up to a point, these types of units will boost the low incoming voltage to the correct output voltage, WITHOUT switching to battery power. They will switch to full batter power if the AC input fails or drops so low the the AVR can't handle it. This will greatly save on wear and tear on the batteries during low mains voltage conditions and also allow unlimited run time as long as the AC mains stay above the AVR threshold minimum voltage.
