    Good Day Everyone..

I am having this problem.. well on standby the local area network shows it has network 2 but when I opened any browser or use an application that uses the internet it goes unplugged, enable and then identifying... as the results I will get a message of no internet connection in the browser but after that it will stay on network 2 message again like its fine...

I tried to ping google.com -t and it seems it doesn't go unplugged, enable and identifying.. it is pinging well..

nothing changes even if I change the settings in the speed & duplex.

    I also tried ipconfig /release and /renew.. /flushdns

it is like this for 3 days now then I am rebooting the canopy yesterday.. changing some settings to forced and it kinda worked.. though it goes unplugged, enabled and identifying again.. once per hour I think... then this morning this problem is back again....

    :(

edit: ok I just noticed now when I use ipconfig /all
the media state are disconnected even though it says network 2 in the local area network.. also the enabled word... in the window is blinking...

Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.

    Type the following commands:

    IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

    ping 8.8.4.4

    ping yahoo.com

    [Press ENTER after each command.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

sorry for the late reply.. well after posting this.. I kinda poke the hole where you plug the cable.. with paper and blow some air in it... also I did turn off the canopy for a bit of mins... it kinda worked.. but after a day it is back to unplugging, enabling and then network 2...

well I did that again and worked.. but.. it is kind annoying I wanna know the problem.. is it the cable? or my pc? or the canopy? I did bring my pc already to a repair center.. they say it is already fixed.. on the 1st day that it is back.. my net is unplugging, enabling and then network 2...when I try to use any apps that uses any internet.. on stanby it stays on network 2. and what next is the thing I did above...

now I am having it at random times... not like before that everytime I access the net it goes.. unplugging... now seldomly it acts like that...

thank you for the reply :/ I wanna fix this problem

Do you have anything in between your computer and the canopy (maybe a router/switch)? If not can you log in to the canopy? Default web URL http://169.254.1.1 . If you can log in take a look at the event logs and see if anything sticks out far as errors or what not. Also you may need to go to alignment and run alignment mode. Should last for about 15 minutes then return back to normal operation. If you get another disconnect try power cycling the canopy only and see if the connection comes back

Since you are mentioning Ethernet I would assume then the cable or the device you are connecting to is the cause.

Do you have another computer to test the cable/router?
