Did you install Service Pack 3 after reloading XP?

If you didn't install it right away, the computer may already be infected again.

What is the make a model of the PC?

It was custom build by tiger direct back in 2003 my son was using it when he got hit with a FBI moneypak malware which lock up the hole computer and now it's back trying to remove it again w/achieve so I can try to download again plus when said service pack I went and looked and found that all my service packs are gone I was able to get the sp2 but sp1 is no longer around and sp3 will not download and keep get missing DLL pop ups I think I am screwed
